Our partnership begins where every good project begins, with listening. We meet you on site (or by video call if you're abroad), walk the space, and ask the questions a good designer asks before they ask anything about the building.

By the end of the first conversation we've established a shared scope, a working budget range and a clear sense of fit. From here, you receive a one-page scope memo and a bespoke quotation.

Once the quotation is countersigned, we move into the most creative phase: mood boards, color schemes, thematic direction and a comprehensive material palette tailored to your home and the Gulf climate.

We walk you through every element in person, with samples in hand. By the end of this phase you can see, touch and feel the project before a single wall has moved.

All design and execution decisions are recorded in CAD. We capture the entirety of each design that we plan to materialise, floor plans, electrical wiring, lighting, door schedule, window schedule, carpentry, painting and finishes.

We focus on the intelligent utilisation of space, optimising every area for function without compromising on style. Authority approvals begin in parallel.

Trusted contractors construct and install each element of the design while we oversee the work on site, or we coordinate with a contractor you appoint. We run the whole process, joinery, MEP, fit-out, FF&E and snagging, and keep you in the loop daily on WhatsApp and via a shared project folder.
