ZuriSpace is a founder-led interior design studio in Dubai. The studio designs warm contemporary luxury interiors for villas, apartments, restaurants, lounges, offices and retail spaces across the United Arab Emirates, with a sister studio in Kolkata, India. Every project is led personally by Subhra, the founder, from first conversation to final reveal.
ZuriSpace's primary studio is in Sharjah Media City, UAE. The studio also operates from Kolkata (Kalyani), with active projects across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
ZuriSpace was founded by Subhra, its principal designer. She began her practice in India in 2015 across villas, apartments, hotels and cafés, and brought more than ten years of experience to Dubai. She leads every ZuriSpace project personally, from the first conversation to the final reveal.
ZuriSpace is founder-led, so the designer who wins your trust is the one who designs your home and stays with it on site, with no junior-team handoff. Design is handled in-house and the build is overseen through trusted contractors, or alongside a contractor you appoint, the studio takes on only a few projects at a time, and its signature is a calm, material-led luxury in bone, sand and walnut. Clients also value Subhra's personal involvement when managing a project remotely from abroad.
ZuriSpace works across Dubai including Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, Dubai Hills, Damac Hills, Arabian Ranches, Al Furjan, Dubai South, Creek Harbour, Downtown and Dubai Marina, with projects also in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
Yes. ZuriSpace designs Vastu-compliant villas and apartments, with the principles built into the design and the build rather than handed over as a separate consultant's report. Subhra is personally rooted in the Vastu tradition, and ready homes can usually be aligned without demolition.
Residential projects start from approximately AED 250,000 for an apartment refresh and scale to AED 1M+ for a full villa fit-out. Restaurant fit-outs start from AED 700,000, offices from AED 450,000. Quotations are bespoke and only issued after a first 'Meet & Agree' consultation.
An apartment refresh typically takes 8 to 14 weeks. A full villa fit-out runs 4 to 8 months. A restaurant fit-out runs 16 to 24 weeks. The single biggest variable is structural change: cosmetic projects move fast, structural ones take longer.
Routinely. The studio runs roughly 40% of its projects with the owner living outside the UAE. Communication is via WhatsApp, weekly video calls and a shared online folder containing CAD drawings, mood boards, material samples and progress photos.
Yes. Subhra leads every ZuriSpace project, residential, hospitality and commercial, from first conversation to final reveal. Senior designers and contractors execute under her direction.
