We do both under one roof: Subhra, our founder, grew up with Vastu Shastra as part of everyday Indian life and leads every project personally, so the principles are built into the design itself rather than bolted on afterwards. For a villa or apartment you are building or fitting out, we get the directions (disha) right from the floor plan up, zoning the entrance, kitchen, bedrooms, pooja space and water points, orienting furniture, and balancing the five elements of earth, water, fire, air and space. For a home you already own, we correct flow and energy through layout, materials, colour and light, almost always without demolition. Vastu, the way I was raised to understand it.
I grew up in India with Vastu as part of everyday life, the way a home should greet the morning light, where the kitchen belongs, which corner stays quiet. It was never about superstition. It was about a house that simply feels right to live in.
When families moving to Dubai ask me for a home that feels good, this is often what they mean. So I treat Vastu the way I treat everything else in design: quietly and practically. I am a designer first, which means Vastu lives inside the plan, in how rooms are zoned, how light enters and how you move through the space, not in symbols hung on a wall.
For a home you are building, we get the directions right from the floor plan. For a home you already own, we work with what you have, correcting flow and energy through layout, materials and light, rarely through demolition. The result still looks like a calm, modern ZuriSpace home. It just happens to feel settled the moment you walk in.

The main entrance, the kitchen, the master and children's bedrooms, the placement of water (bathrooms, tanks, water features) and any pooja or prayer space matter most, along with the north-east and south-west zones. We map all of these against the floor plan and the eight directions before we begin designing.
Yes, gladly. If you already have a report from a Vastu consultant or a family astrologer, we translate it into a buildable, beautiful design and a fit-out. If you do not, we handle the Vastu reading and the design together, so you deal with one studio instead of coordinating between a consultant and a separate designer.
Vastu planning is part of the design, not a separate fee, so pricing follows our usual residential scale. Projects typically start from AED 250,000 for an apartment and scale to AED 1M+ for a full villa fit-out. A Vastu reading and direction study for an existing home can also be taken on as a standalone consultation.
