A new residential villa in Pulse, Dubai South. The developer's shell, white walls, beige tile floor, a slatted-oak stair, was handed over clean. ZuriSpace styled it end to end as a cool grey-and-brass interior for a young family. Every sofa, armchair, rug, lamp, art piece, vase, throw and houseplant in the villa was chosen, sourced and placed by the studio, in a palette of cool grey, cream, brushed brass and one repeating cobalt accent.

A cool palette, warmed by brass
The villa is built on a single tonal idea, a cool grey base lifted in every room by one thin thread of brushed brass. The thread shows up as a chair foot, a coffee-table leg, a lamp base, a vase composition on a marble top. Five rooms, one continuous metal note, repeating just enough to read as intention rather than coincidence.

Composed to the table-top
Beyond the seating, the villa's character sits at table-top height. The coffee tables carry brass-and-glass compositions, a brass bottle vase, a smoky tall beaker, an amber tealight on a mirrored tray. The open shelving on the media wall is styled with a patterned ceramic urn, a textured white stoneware vase, pillar candles and a stack of art books, all held against the vertical fluted-oak panelling. Every flat surface in the villa is composed; nothing is left undressed.

Soft modular seats, sheer linen
Every seat in the villa is the deep, low, modular kind, chenille sectionals chosen for after-school sprawl, swivel armchairs in patterned cream for reading-in-the-light, velvet two-seaters layered with grey paisley throws. Sheer linen drops floor-to-ceiling on every window, doubling the daylight and softening every edge of the room.

One cobalt accent, repeated once per room
Against the cool greys and warm brass, the villa carries a single colour story, deep cobalt blue, sparingly placed. A wave-textured canvas above the sectional in the main living, a layered abstract above the second sofa, a smoky watercolour above the second bed, a teal throw at the foot of the master bed. The blue arrives once per room and disappears, the way a horizon line shows up in a landscape and then doesn't repeat.
