- Do you work as a subcontractor to fit-out companies?
- Yes. We support contractors with design-only scope, design plus site supervision, or a design package the contractor includes in a design-and-build proposal. Roles and client-facing structure are agreed upfront.
- Do you compete with contractors for the build contract?
- No. ZuriSpace is a design-led studio, not a fit-out contractor. We do not price shell-and-core or MEP packages to undercut your bid.
- Can architects appoint ZuriSpace as interior consultant?
- Yes. We routinely join architect-led projects at concept or detailed-design stage and integrate interior documentation into the consultant submission pack.
- Can you join a project already on site?
- Often, when the issue is missing or inadequate design. We assess drawings, site condition and approval status, then scope rescue work: revised layouts, joinery details or resubmissions.
- How quickly can we get a design scope and fee?
