Where many interior design companies in Dubai hand a client between a salesperson, a designer and a site team, every ZuriSpace project is led personally by Subhra, our founder, from the first conversation to the final reveal. The studio covers space planning, full CAD documentation, joinery, lighting and FF&E in-house, then designs and oversees the build on site through trusted contractors, or alongside a contractor the client prefers to appoint, with a single point of accountability throughout. Our signature is restraint, a palette of bone, sand and walnut with one quiet thread of brass, material honesty over ornament, and a residential sensibility that runs through every villa, lounge and office we touch. Every ZuriSpace project is led personally by the founder, Subhra, from first conversation to final reveal, rather than passed between a salesperson, a junior designer and a separate site team. Design is handled in-house and the build is overseen on site through trusted contractors, so there is a single point of accountability for the result.
At ZuriSpace, residential projects typically start from AED 100,000 for an apartment refresh and scale to AED 1M+ for a full villa fit-out. Restaurant fit-outs start from around AED 700,000 and offices from AED 450,000. Every quotation is bespoke and itemised after a first consultation.
ZuriSpace is a design-led studio rather than a fit-out contractor. We take a project from concept through full documentation, joinery, lighting and FF&E, then oversee the build on site with trusted contractors so it is delivered as designed. If you prefer to appoint your own contractor, we coordinate with them and supervise the work instead. Either way the design and site oversight stay with us.
