P&S Hotel is a luxury hotel in India, 50,000 square feet and 70 rooms, designed by ZuriSpace from concept through to styling. The brief was a hotel that feels generous and warm rather than corporate, so the public spaces are layered in imported Italian marble, rich wood veneers and brasswork, while the guest rooms stay calm and tactile. A double-height lobby with brass-lattice screens and a sculptural ceiling sets the tone at arrival, and the same material language carries through the rooms, the corridors and a flexible business and events floor.

A lobby that announces itself
The arrival is built for impact. A double-height lobby runs in book-matched Italian marble, framed by tall brass-lattice screens and crowned by a sculptural ribboned ceiling that draws the eye through the space. A grand piano, layered lounge seating and warm pendant and chandelier light turn the floor into a destination in its own right.

Guest rooms with a calm luxury
The 70 guest rooms keep the palette warm and restrained. Upholstered headboards sit against textured feature walls, herringbone timber floors run underfoot, and full-height drapery frames the view, with a quiet seating corner and a tea station in every room. The luxury is in the materials and the light, never in clutter.

Styled down to the wardrobe
Each room is planned around a single working wall: a wood-veneered and sage panel carrying the television, a floating desk for working or dressing, and a glass-fronted wardrobe alongside. Brass wall lights and a framed mandala artwork add warmth and a sense of place.

A floor for business and events
Beyond the rooms, a flexible business and events floor seats long working tables beneath a sculptural triangulated timber-and-metal ceiling, with built-in shelving, track lighting and a projection wall. It is built for conferences, training and private functions without losing the hotel's warmth.

Italian marble, veneer and brass
The whole hotel is held together by three materials: imported Italian marble underfoot and on the feature walls, rich imported wood veneers for the joinery and ceilings, and brasswork threaded through the screens, inlays and light fittings. Art and greenery are layered on top so the spaces feel collected rather than simply finished.
