City Walk sits next to Central Park in Al Wasl. The apartments are mid-rise, with shops and streets at ground level. Erin has already handed over. Castleton, Thyme and Fern continue through 2026. Myrtle, Viridian and Central Park Building 1 are already lived in. Most units come with a basic kitchen and empty rooms. 3BHK owners usually want a better kitchen, full-height wardrobes, proper lighting and curtains that cut the glare from the park. We design the apartment, handle the Meraas tower NOC, and oversee the fit-out.

What we change after handover
City Walk apartments arrive with a basic kitchen, standard wardrobes and living rooms that face the park or the street. In a 3BHK in Erin, Castleton, Thyme or Fern that usually means a better kitchen, full-height wardrobes in every bedroom, and lighting that works at night. We also specify curtains for the park glare. The look stays quiet. Same way we work in Creek Harbour and Downtown.
Meraas tower approvals
Every building has its own rules, working hours and goods-lift booking. Kitchen work, built-in wardrobes and bathroom work need a tower NOC before anyone starts. We prepare the pack and submit it while the wardrobe drawings are being finished, so the wait is for the joinery, not a rejected form.
Time and cost
A one- or two-bedroom City Walk fit-out usually takes 6 to 10 weeks. A 3BHK with a new kitchen and full wardrobes takes 8 to 12 weeks after the NOC is moving.
