Creek Beach and Moor
Creek Harbour faces the Creek with Downtown behind it. Creek Beach is the lower, beach-front part of the masterplan. Moor is one of the towers collecting keys in late 2026. If you own in Bayshore, Surf or Grove you may be past handover already. The upgrade order is the same: snag, design, NOC, then build.
Check the apartment first
Walk the unit for AC balance, bathroom falls, balcony tracks and kitchen alignment. Creek-facing glass can highlight cheap sealant and paint touch-ups. Log developer defects separately from your own scope.
